利用規約

第1条（総則）

本利用規約（以下「本規約」といいます）は、AMELIA（以下「当社」といいます）が運営するオンラインストアにおいて提供する商品およびサービスのご利用条件を定めるものです。
本サイトをご利用いただくお客様（以下「お客様」といいます）は、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

第2条（ご注文について）

1. 当社の商品は数量に限りがございます。ご注文確定後でも在庫切れとなる場合は、ご注文をキャンセルさせていただくことがございます。

2. ご注文確定後の変更・キャンセルは、原則として承っておりません。

第3条（お支払い方法）

1. 当社オンラインストアでのお支払いは、クレジットカード決済その他、当社が指定する方法によって行っていただきます。

2. お支払いに関する詳細は、ご利用ガイドまたは決済ページにてご確認ください。

第4条（商品の引渡し）

1. ご注文確定後、当社所定の方法にて商品を発送いたします。

2. 配送地域・天候・交通事情その他の理由により、予定の配送日が遅れる場合がございます。

第5条（返品・交換）

当社は厳格な品質管理を行っておりますが、万一商品に初期不良（破損・欠陥・誤品）が認められた場合に限り、到着後7日以内に交換または返金にて対応いたします。
お客様のご都合による返品・交換は一切お受けいたしかねます。

第6条（知的財産権）

本サイトに掲載される商品写真、文章、デザイン、商標等に関する知的財産権は、当社に帰属します。無断転載・複製を固く禁じます。

第7条（禁止事項）

お客様は、以下の行為を行ってはならないものとします。

• 法令または公序良俗に違反する行為

• 当社または第三者の権利を侵害する行為

• 当サイトの運営を妨害する行為

第8条（免責事項）

1. 当社は、天災地変、システム障害、通信環境の不具合等によりサービスの提供が停止した場合について、一切の責任を負いません。

2. 商品の色味や質感は、お客様のモニター環境等により実物と異なる場合がございます。

第9条（準拠法および合意管轄）

本規約は日本法を準拠法とし、本規約に関して生じた紛争は、岐阜地方裁判所を第一審の専属的合意管轄裁判所とします。

 

Article 1 (General Provisions)

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as “the Terms”) set forth the conditions for the use of products and services provided through the AMELIA online store (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”).
By using this site, customers (hereinafter referred to as “the Customer”) are deemed to have agreed to these Terms.

Article 2 (Orders)

1. All products are offered in limited quantities. Orders may be canceled if items are out of stock, even after confirmation.

2. Once an order has been confirmed, cancellations or modifications cannot be accepted.

Article 3 (Payment)

1. Payment for products purchased through our online store shall be made by credit card or other methods designated by the Company.

2. Details of payment methods are provided in the user guide and on the checkout page.

Article 4 (Delivery of Products)

1. Products will be shipped after order confirmation, using the method designated by the Company.

2. Delivery times may be delayed due to regional restrictions, weather, or traffic conditions.

Article 5 (Returns & Exchanges)

Our products undergo rigorous quality control. In the unlikely event that an item is found to be defective upon arrival, we will accept returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery.
Returns or exchanges due to customer preference are strictly not accepted.

Article 6 (Intellectual Property Rights)

All intellectual property rights, including product images, text, designs, and trademarks appearing on this site, belong to the Company. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

Article 7 (Prohibited Acts)

Customers shall not engage in any of the following:

• Acts in violation of laws or public order and morals

• Acts that infringe upon the rights of the Company or third parties

• Acts that interfere with the operation of this site

Article 8 (Disclaimer)

1. The Company shall not be held liable for any suspension of service caused by natural disasters, system failures, or communication issues.

2. Product colors and textures may appear differently depending on the customer’s display environment.

Article 9 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes arising in relation to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Gifu District Court of Japan as the court of first instance.
