商品のお届けについて

AMELIAのジュエリーは、すべて職人の手により一つひとつ丁寧に仕立てられる受注生産品です。
そのため、ご注文確定後からお届けまでに 約1か月 のお時間を頂戴しております。

セミオーダー・フルオーダーについて

セミオーダー・フルオーダー品につきましては、デザイン設計を行った後、制作工程に入ります。
そのため、デザイン確定後から約1か月 を目安にお届けとなります。

発送方法

• 国内配送は、信頼できる配送業者を通じてお届けいたします。

• 配送日時のご指定は、可能な限りご希望に沿うよう調整いたしますが、制作状況や配送事情により前後する場合がございます。

ご注意事項

• ご注文いただいた商品の納期は、時期やオーダー内容によって多少前後する場合がございます。

• 特別な納期のご希望がある場合は、ご注文前にお気軽にご相談ください。

 

Delivery Time

Each AMELIA creation is made to order and meticulously handcrafted by our artisans.
As such, please allow approximately one month from the time of order confirmation to delivery.

Semi-Custom & Full-Custom Orders

For semi-custom and full-custom pieces, the design is first carefully developed in consultation with the client.
Following design confirmation, production will require approximately one month before delivery.

Shipping Method

• All domestic deliveries are entrusted to reliable courier services to ensure safe arrival.

• While we will make every effort to accommodate your preferred delivery date, please note that schedules may vary depending on production progress and shipping conditions.
