返品・交換について

AMELIAでは、すべてのお客様に最高品質のジュエリーを安心してお届けできるよう、厳格な品質管理を行っております。
そのため、お客様のご都合による返品・交換はお受けしておりません。

万が一、商品到着時に初期不良（破損・欠陥・誤品）が認められた場合に限り、同等商品との交換、またはご返金にて誠実に対応いたします。

ご対応の流れ

• 商品到着後 7日以内 に、メールにてご連絡ください。

• ご返送いただいた商品を当店にて検品後、速やかに交換またはご返金を手配いたします。

• ご返送にかかる送料は当店が負担いたします。

返品をお受けできない場合

• お客様のご使用後に生じたキズや破損

• サイズ直しや刻印など、特注オーダー品

• 商品到着から8日以上経過した場合

 

Returns & Exchanges

At AMELIA, every piece of jewelry is crafted under the most rigorous standards of quality control.
Therefore, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference.

In the rare event that an item arrives with an initial defect (damage, fault, or incorrect product), we will promptly arrange for an exchange with an identical item or a full refund.

Process

• Please contact us via email within 7 days of delivery.

• Once the returned item is received and inspected by our team, we will proceed with an exchange or refund.

• All return shipping costs will be covered by AMELIA.

Non-Returnable Cases

• Items damaged after delivery due to customer use

• Customized or engraved products

• Requests made more than 7 days after delivery
